Batter Filling Machine with mixer, Vertical Band Sealing Machine and Manual Ribbon coding Machines were dispatched from our Centra Autopac India Pvt Ltd to our esteemed customer in Nagerkovil.Our batter filling machine with mixer is a 2 in 1 machine. Idly dosa batter can be measured and filled using this machine. Rice batter and Daal batter can be added separately upon which the machine will mix them both together and then it can be filled as per required quantity. After filling the pouch is sealed using the continuous sealing machine which is also known as vertical continuous band sealer. The pouches can be sealed back to back continuously since the sealer is equipped with conveyor. The MRP coding machine is then used to print mandatory details such as MRP coding, batch number coding and expiry date coding etc.
