Induction Sealer is a very important machine when it comes to safety and precautionary packaging. The Function Of An Induction Sealer Is to Seal the aluminium Foil using the electromagnetic Induction Technology. The Induction Wads Are Placed inside the cap and the cap is screwed tightly over the bottle. Then the electromagnetic induction is passed over the cap and in the due process the aluminium foil which is inside gets melted and sticks firmly over the bottle’s opening. This ensures zero chance for contamination since the whole operation takes place when the bottle tightly shut and there is zero exposure of the product to the outer environment. The tightly sealed induction foil preserves the freshness of the product until its cut open by the customer.
