It uses heat to shrink a plastic film tightly around the product, providing protection and a neat appearance. The "L" in L-sealer refers to the shape of the machine's sealing and cutting arms, which resemble the letter L.
The item or product to be packaged is placed on the sealing platform or inside the shrink film.A roll of shrink film is pulled over the product, ensuring that it covers the product completely with some extra film on all sides.The operator or user lowers the sealing arm of the machine. This arm moves down to press against the film, creating a seal along one side of the product. The heat applied during sealing causes the film to bond together.
