The machine automates the process of applying stretch film to pallets, providing a consistent and efficient wrapping solution.
The operator places the palletized load onto the turntable or conveyor of the stretch wrapping machine.The machine dispenses a roll of stretch film from a film carriage or dispenser located either vertically or horizontally.The turntable or conveyor rotates, while the film carriage moves up and down or around the load, applying the stretch film in the selected wrapping pattern.Once the wrapping process is complete, the machine cuts and seals the film, either automatically or with manual intervention. This creates a neat and finished wrap on the pallet.
