Web Sealer with Shrink Tunnel
Web Sealer with Shrink Tunnel was installed successfully at our esteemed customer place in Sivakasi.The products to be packaged are placed on the infeed conveyor of the web sealer.The shrink film passes over a sealing bar, which forms a continuous film sleeve around the product.Once the product is wrapped with the shrink film, the sealing bar applies heat to seal the film edges together.
The conveyor transports the packages through the tunnel.Inside the shrink tunnel, heat is applied to the shrink film using a combination of hot air or infrared heating elements. The heat causes the film to shrink and conform tightly to the shape of the product or package. As the packages move through the tunnel, the heated film shrinks, creating a secure and tamper-resistant seal around the products.
