Customer Requirement: Assembly Line Belt Conveyor for Apple iPhone Charger Manufacturing The customer requires 10 world-class assembly line belt conveyors for assembling Apple iPhone chargers. Each conveyor system must meet the following specifications: Conveyor Length & Design: Each conveyor should be 10 meters long. A 300mm-wide working bench should be provided on both sides for assembly operations. The system should accommodate 10 assembly technicians per side. Speed Control: The conveyor must be equipped with a variable speed control mechanism to regulate movement as per production requirements. Multi-Deck Structure: The conveyor should have a multi-deck design with an immediate top deck positioned above the main conveyor. This top deck will serve as a loading platform for equipment, hardware, and components required for assembly. Illumination & Ergonomics: The bottom portion of the top deck must be fitted with two sets of tube lights to ensure proper illumination of the conveyor area. An additional second-level frame should be installed directly above the technicians' sitting position on both sides of the conveyor. Each side of this frame should have tube lights mounted underneath to provide adequate lighting for the workstations. Worktable Material & Safety: The working benches should have a wooden top to prevent accidental electrical induction, ensuring the safety of assembly technicians. A total of 10 such conveyor systems are required, designed to meet international standards and optimize the efficiency, safety, and comfort of the technicians involved in the assembly process.
